Who I am

For the past six years, I've been building and shipping iOS and cross-platform apps across telecom, fintech, healthcare and B2C. What I enjoy most is taking something that feels complicated and turning it into an experience that feels almost effortless. That's what good softwares do.

I work with Swift, SwiftUI, Flutter and Kotlin Multiplatform, but the tool is never the point. Clean architecture, offline-first thinking, tests that catch real bugs, and release pipelines that don't need babysitting, those are what let a team sleep at night.

AI is part of my daily loop: Claude, Cursor and Copilot for architecture, refactoring, debugging and tests. It speeds things up, but the bar stays the same, code-quality is only improved, and scalability remains top-priority. All to ship applications you'd want to use yourself.

Products I've shipped at work, plus one I'm building on my own.

Virelle

Personal project

In development2025 — Present

An e-commerce app for kids' fashion and everyday necessities, built end to end in SwiftUI. It's my own product: browsing and search, a cart and checkout flow, and a clean, playful interface built for parents shopping in short bursts. I own the architecture, the design decisions and the roadmap.

Virgin Mobile Selfcare

Beyond ONE

May 2025 — July 2026

The customer selfcare app for a national mobile carrier, used by hundreds of thousands of people to top up, pay bills and track usage. I own the Top-Up, Payments and Dashboard modules, contribute to the shared Kotlin Multiplatform business layer, and automated the multi-environment release pipeline.

YAS App

Constelle Business Solutions

Oct 2023 — Apr 2025

An all-in-one telco and mobile-money super-app for the African market, built in Flutter for iOS and Android. YAS lets users top up phone credit, purchase data and call bundles, send money via wallet, pay bills, manage home WiFi and fibre, and access exclusive app-only offers — all with zero-rated data so the app itself is free to use. I worked on the end-to-end release, from feature delivery to App Store and Play Store publishing.

The rest of me

I'm not only what I ship. These are the things that keep me curious and keep the work honest.

Travelling

I love getting lost somewhere new. A rough itinerary, a backpack, and figuring out the rest on the ground.

Trekking

Northern Pakistan has trails that reset your perspective. Long climbs are a good reminder that hard things are just a series of small steps.

Football

Weekend football with friends is my favourite kind of meeting. No agenda, just movement, teamwork and the occasional bruise.

Music, Movies & TV

Music keeps me company while I code; films and shows are how I unwind. I'm drawn to anything that tells a story well.

What I want to do

I want to keep building mobile products that matter — things people rely on for their money, their health, and staying connected to the people they love. That's the kind of work worth the hours.

Technically, I want to go deeper: shared cross-platform architecture that doesn't compromise on native feel, and AI woven into engineering practice so teams ship better software, not just faster software.

Longer term, I want to lead. Not away from the code, but alongside engineers — setting the bar, mentoring people into their own senior years, and building teams that trek well together.
